Blaze Keto Pizza would fall into the Dirty Keto category. Not a lot of healthy fats or vegetables and with 3 slices containing over 40 grams of protein it could throw your keto macro-nutrient ratio out of whack. But what I always say is a hot dog is still better than a honey bun.
